There is no design theory and definition. There are only basic principles that are the base for recording designers ideas and imagination on the paper, tablet or your web.
Basic principles that you need to “take care” of:
- Design a publication that is user friendly: easy to read, easy to “move” around, with clear, readable typeface.
- By analyzing focus groups results and numerous studies in different newspapers and magazines around the world I have realized that most “annoying” thing for readers is – lack of order. Because of that fact: create navigation tools that enable readers to access the desired content in the shortest possible time.
- Provide layout solutions in which the good content will be attractively presented.
